About Me

Welcome!

My Name is David Stapleton and I have had over 20 years experience in meditation and mindful movement techniques.

I can help you find your own inner chill to lead a more fulfilling and stress free life.

Stress + Anxiety
= Tension

Some stresses and pressures are useful for you, but too much leads to anxiety, and tension in the body. This erodes performance and happiness, taking you further away from yourself.

You’re better when you can be at ease – you can achieve more when you can relax properly and avoid being held back by anxiety.

Let me empower you to manage stress and tension. Learn how to work with the body and mind to release your potential.

What I do

Drawing on a range of traditions and practices, let's work through a dynamic development plan to get you to where you want to go.

Regular drop-in class where I’ll take you through a  guided meditation and breathing exercises

Over 8 weeks I’ll take you through a structured approach to learning mindfulness as a personal discipline

Workplace stress leads to time off and more pressure all round. Let me organise and facilitate training day activities for your staff built around stress-relief and resilience
