This is a formalised Mindfulness-Based Intervention over 8 weeks. No experience is necessary - I'll guide you from being a complete beginner to being confident in practising tried and tested mindfulness techniques to help you live a more centred and grounded life.
It's got an emphasis on practice, so you'll be working on exercises in between the 8 classes. Exercises are suitable for most people, but I work with everyone to make sure they are fully accessible to all.
Courses are delivered by Zoom.
