Service Description

Let me lead you through a series of guided meditations to help you achieve deep calm. This online session is loosely based on the theory and practice of Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. Adapted for a modern secular audience, you'll need a comfortable chair or seating area, and access to Zoom through your computer or mobile device. This is a drop in session with no previous experience required. Each week, the meditation will be different, which makes it well worth checking in regularly. We'll send you a Zoom link after booking.
